Warren Williams –  General Manager

Warren’s early background is based around farming and agriculture within MAF and then later on, 25 years in veterinary where he had a highly successful sales and marketing career with one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies Smith Kline Beecham. Using well honed marketing skills, marketing education and massive sales experience developed within the large corporate environment, he directed a highly successful sales team establishing their range of products to the top three positions within the country.

Now living in Queenstown where it’s a bit quieter than Auckland, he brings his enormous experience into the complex but exciting industry of promotional marketing. An imagination and understanding of marketing helps Warren define the clients needs, helps him understand their marketing direction and enables him to develop the perfect image or promotional strategy.

His interests are mostly aligned to the region where he lives. Hunting, tramping, fishing and boating, use up most of his spare time with the odd mountain bike ride

Sue Lindsay
Having grown up on a farm and managed the family farm after the death of her father, Sue became the General Manager of a major New Zealand agribusiness where she challenged conventional industry and business wisdom and transformed a traditional rural service business into a dynamic, leading edge, customer experience driven organisation that is still recognised today as being world class.

Sue was directly credited with master-minding innovative strategies and leading a team that more than doubled the revenues of that Top 200 New Zealand company. In just 5 years they took revenues from a stagnant $32 million to over $80 million. Her simple but powerful philosophy based simply on “Daring to be Different”, finding ways to stand out from the crowd in a world of sameness. By constantly asking “how can we do things differently and better?” this inspired team achieved results many just dream of and best of all they loved what they did – and it showed!

Sue was the New Zealand Young Executive of the Year, Southlander of the Year, Direct Marketer of the Year finalist and Winner of the World Young Business Achievers award in Beijing China. And that’s just some of the recognition received for this innovative New Zealanders dynamic approach to life and business.

She loves business and has an absolute fascination for what makes great people and great organisations tick.

Since leaving her corporate life behind ten years ago Sue has studied successful companies and leaders and worked closely with a diversity of clients from executives in large corporates, corporate teams, to entrepreneurs with that ‘big idea’ that’s just waiting to happen.  As one of  NZ’s Top Female Business Speakers and qualified Master Coach Sue will certainly inspire you.

Sue does this as someone who really understands the challenge of running diverse businesses on a daily basis. The challenge of finding and keeping great people, the challenge of understanding leadership, the large important role women play in business and the challenge of creating a life outside the office. She is someone who has been there, done that, has and does walk in your shoes and definitely walks her talk!
